• Eligibility for a Refund

  We understand issues may occur when trying to launch our cheats, and we're more than willing to help. Although our products are digital and are typically non-refundable, we do reflect on some refund requests in some circumstances of when a user is unable to launch the cheat that was delivered or did not function as intended. To become eligible, you must contact our team within 24 hours of purchase and give a detailed explanation of the issue. Keep in mind that every request is carefully reviewed by our team with logs of dates and time to ensure a user doesn't try to scam us.

• Non-Refundable Situations

  Because our products are digital and access is given upon purchase, there are certain situations that can be strictly non-refundable. These are, but not limited to: changing one's mind after purchasing, purchasing the wrong product, having certain incompatibility problems that were clearly detailed in the product description, or failure to comply with installation instructions. Refunds will likely not be issued for consequences brought about by the cheat, such as game bans or account suspension. Any contesting of a chargeback without previously talking to our team can result in account ban and total loss of access to our services.

• Failure to Follow Instructions

  All of our products come with an installation guide to ensure a smooth experience for all users. The user is responsible to read and follow the instructions or contact our team requesting for support before requesting for a refund or issuing for a chargeback. If the user fails to follow the guide provided, they will not receive a refund. We cannot compensate users for issues caused by user error, or failure to attempt to troubleshoot the problem which are stated on the website.
