Ghost Cheats does not sell or rent your personal information. We use information to run your account, fulfil purchases, provide support, protect the website and meet legal obligations.
You can ask us to delete your personal information. We will delete or anonymise information we no longer need, subject to the limited retention obligations described below. Contact support or email [email protected] for privacy questions and requests.
Ghost Cheats is responsible for how personal information is used for its website, orders and customer support. This notice covers those activities; third-party services also have their own privacy notices.
Information We Use
- Account and contact details: your username, email address, profile information and information you give us when creating or managing an account.
- Order and delivery details: purchased products, order references, payment status, billing details and the name, address or contact details needed to ship hardware.
- Support information: messages and files you choose to send when asking for help.
- Technical information: IP address, browser or device details, login activity, website logs and cookies used by the website.
We receive information from you, through use of the website and from services involved in an order, such as payment status from a payment provider or delivery updates from a courier. Required order details must be provided so we can fulfil that order; optional profile information is your choice.
Why We Use It
- To create and manage accounts, fulfil orders, deliver products and answer support requests.
- To send essential account, order and service communications.
- To prevent fraud, protect accounts, diagnose faults and maintain the website.
- To keep necessary financial records and respond to lawful requests or disputes.
- To send promotional messages where permitted by law and your preferences. You can unsubscribe or object to direct marketing.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract for account and purchase services, legal obligations for required records, and legitimate interests for proportionate security and service administration, balanced against your rights. We rely on consent where it is legally required, and you may withdraw it.
Stripe, PayPal & Other Services
We use Stripe, PayPal and other payment methods offered at checkout to process purchases. Relevant order, billing, contact and technical information may be shared with the provider you use to process payment, prevent fraud, manage refunds and meet that provider’s legal obligations.
Payment details entered into a provider’s payment form are handled by that provider. We receive the transaction information needed to manage your order, which may include payment status, transaction references and limited payment-method details. Do not send full card details or passwords in a support message.

Where used for your chosen service, cryptocurrency payment tools such as BTCPay process the transaction information needed for payment. Public-blockchain records cannot be deleted by Ghost Cheats. If you connect or use Discord, the relevant account or message information is also handled under Discord’s policies.
We share necessary information with providers involved in operating the website, email delivery, support and hardware shipping, and with authorities or advisers where legally required or necessary for a legal claim. This is service-related sharing, not a sale of your personal information. Providers that handle information for their own purposes are responsible for their own practices.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Account information is kept while needed to provide and manage the account. Support and security information is kept for the period needed to resolve issues, investigate incidents and handle relevant claims.
Transaction and billing records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or another legal obligation after an account is closed. The period depends on the applicable legal requirement and the nature of the record. We will explain any relevant retention requirement when responding to a deletion request.
Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised. A deletion request does not require us to erase records that the law requires or permits us to retain for a necessary purpose.
Deletion Requests & Your Other Rights
You can request deletion of your information by contacting support or [email protected]. Tell us the account or email address involved and what you want deleted. No special wording is required. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request is yours.
We will delete or anonymise eligible information and explain if any limited records must be retained and why. Closing an account can affect access to products linked to it; we will explain the relevant consequences. Closing an account does not itself cancel your rights concerning an earlier order.
Depending on applicable law, you may also ask for a copy of your information, correction, restriction of processing, portability, or object to certain uses. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal, and you can object to direct marketing.
We respond without undue delay and within the legal deadline. Where UK GDPR applies, this is normally one calendar month, subject to permitted extensions and necessary identity verification. We will explain any lawful extension or refusal. Requests are normally free.
If you are unhappy with our response, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority, including the Information Commissioner’s Office where UK data-protection law applies.
Security & International Services
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit its use to the purposes described here. No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your account credentials private and contact support if you suspect a security problem.
Some providers may process information in other countries. Where a transfer requires a legal safeguard, we will use the protection required by applicable data-protection law. You can contact us for information about a transfer relevant to your data.
Our purchases are intended for customers aged 18 or over, subject to the limited guardian-consent provisions in our Terms of Use. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
