Using Ghost Cheats

These Terms of Use apply to the Ghost Cheats website, accounts and purchases. Read the relevant product description, requirements and policies before ordering. The information provided for your purchase, including any specific delivery or licence terms, forms part of that purchase.

Purchases are intended for customers aged 18 or over. An under-18 purchase requires verifiable permission from a parent or legal guardian and must be permitted by applicable law. You must be legally able to enter the transaction and provide accurate account and order information.

Your Account & Security

Keep your login details confidential and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. We will assess suspected unauthorised use fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

Do not impersonate another person, use another person’s payment method without authorisation or create accounts to evade a justified restriction.

Orders, Prices & Payments

Review the product, duration, requirements, total price and any delivery charge before paying. The payment methods available to your order are shown at checkout and may include Stripe, PayPal and other supported payment services.

An order may require payment confirmation or reasonable fraud checks before it can be fulfilled. If we cannot supply a paid order, we will contact you and provide the refund or other remedy required by applicable law. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

If a product includes a recurring payment, its billing frequency and cancellation conditions must be disclosed before you agree to it. You can contact support about payment errors or duplicate charges.

Digital Products, Keys & Compatibility

A purchase provides the access or licence described for that product and duration. It does not transfer ownership of the software or authorise resale, account sharing or redistribution unless the product terms expressly allow it.

Check the advertised system, hardware, operating-system and game requirements before purchase. Follow the guide for the product you bought and contact support if setup fails. We remain responsible for accurate descriptions and any compatibility promises made for your purchase.

Purchased keys are not exchanged for different products or durations simply because your preference changes. Invalid keys, delivery mistakes and unresolved product faults are handled under our Refund Policy.

Digital access is normally supplied electronically after payment confirmation. Receiving a key or accepting these terms does not, by itself, waive a statutory cancellation right. Immediate digital delivery removes that right only when the legal consent and confirmation requirements are met.

DMA Hardware & Shipping

Estimated hardware delivery is 3–14 days depending on the delivery location, unless a different timeframe is stated or agreed before purchase. Read our Shipping Information for delivery details, tracking, customs and what to do if a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing.

If hardware arrives faulty, contact us promptly, preferably on the arrival day, so we can arrange a replacement or refund. That recommendation does not shorten your legal rights.

Support, Refunds & Cancellations

If a digital product does not work as described on a supported setup, give our team a reasonable opportunity to provide continued support. If we cannot resolve the fault within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, we will refund the affected purchase unless you agree to a suitable replacement instead.

We do not offer voluntary refunds for changing your mind about a working product or voluntary key swaps. Any mandatory cancellation or faulty-product right takes priority. You do not have to wait for support where the law entitles you to an immediate remedy.

Our Refund Policy explains digital products, DMA hardware, returns and consumer rights. Contact support promptly about an issue; nothing here prevents a lawful payment dispute, chargeback or complaint.

Acceptable Use & Community Conduct

Treat staff and other users respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, commit fraud, distribute unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with our website, services or other people’s systems.

Do not sell, share or redistribute protected products, keys or content without permission. Restrictions on reverse engineering or modification apply only to the extent permitted by law. Use products lawfully and respect rights belonging to others.

Third-party games and platforms have their own rules. Use of a product may result in an account restriction or ban, and no product can remove every risk. A third-party ban alone is not proof of a product fault, but this does not exclude a claim arising from a misdescription or an express promise.

Service Changes & Account Restrictions

Products and services may require maintenance or updates. We will address faults and fulfil paid commitments in accordance with the purchase terms and applicable law; a temporary status change does not remove your right to a remedy.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, a security threat or a serious breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to request review. A legitimate refund request or payment dispute is not, by itself, a reason to cancel unrelated purchases.

If access is ended, any refund, notice or other protection required by law still applies. We will not use an account restriction to avoid our obligations for a paid order.

Privacy & Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information, payment services and deletion requests. Our Cookie Information explains cookies and related services.

Stripe, PayPal, Discord and other services you choose to use may have their own terms and privacy notices. Accepting these Terms of Use is not blanket consent to optional marketing or non-essential cookies.

Your Legal Rights & Responsibility

We are responsible for supplying products as described and meeting obligations imposed by applicable law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Applicable legislation in the United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates and other relevant jurisdictions takes priority where it applies to your transaction. Mentioning a country does not mean every law there applies to every purchase.
